User Data Deletion Request Form

We need your registered email address and/or mobile number to verify your identity when submitting a request to delete your 'Mindspace Club' account. We will reach out to you at the same email address or mobile number to confirm your request.

You can request for account deletion or partial deletion of data from your account.

When your account is deleted, all identifiable information associated with your account will be deleted including the following:

  • Your email address
  • Your mobile number
  • Your name, if you added one
  • Your profile picture, if you added one

    • Please note that we may not be able to delete any data that is used to provide the services you have requested to maintain proper accounting.
