About Me: Hello! I have a Masters in Clinical Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology. Over the years, Ive had the chance to work in government hospitals and NGOs, where I gained hands-on experience in both counseling sessions and psychometric testing.I mostly work with young adults between 18 to 35, helping them through relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and stress; especially the kind that comes from academics, work and life transitions. My approach is eclectic, which means I dont stick to just one method. Instead, I draw from different schools of thought and tailor my approach to fit each persons unique situation.At the heart of my work is a belief that everyone already has qualities like intelligence, love, care, and a zest for life. But life can get tough, and sometimes those things feel buried. I see counseling as a way to help people reconnect with those parts of themselves and find a way forward that feels more confident and clear.
