I have trust issues because of my past experience it created trauma. I'm in a relationship about 10 months, due to some issue with my gf my trust issue started, and currently it affected me, I'm having panic attacks, it's traumatising me. I'm sleeping for 18 hours and feeling drowsy all the time thinking about the issue, I don't know what is next.

It sounds like you're going through a tough time, and your past trauma is really impacting your relationship and well-being. Its understandable that trust issues and panic attacks can feel overwhelming. One way to manage these emotions is by using grounding techniques like deep breathing or mindfulness when you feel a panic attack coming on. It can also help to talk to your girlfriend about what youre feeling if youre ready sometimes open communication can ease the pressure.Working through these trust issues with a therapist could be really helpful in processing your past trauma and learning to separate those old wounds from your current relationship. Also, prioritizing self-care like improving sleep and taking breaks could help your body and mind feel better. If you want more guidance on specific techniques or steps to take, Im here to help.
