I am getting panic attacks at night, because of my ex. I am unable to move on. It's been 3 years. I tried to contact her but no lock. And i am also having insomnia, depression, and anxiety, ocd and now now a days i am watching porn too. I have wasting my time. And I'm unable to focus and concentrate on my studies. And memory is also getting worse day by day. This is the worst phase of my life. I used to take support from the psychiatrist but stopped due to financial issues. Help me out
