--- "I have been facing a problem for a long time. I'm always feeling depressed, and there's always a thought circling in my mind. I used to be fascinated by my studies back in Class 9. That fascination still comes to mind. But now I'm in Class 11, and I don't know what to do.

Hu parimay mondal You're feeling low and stuck, missing the excitement you had for studies back in Class 9. Thats okayClass 11 can feel overwhelming because its a natural and a transition phaseThe following are the things which you can do :-1. Talk to someonetrusted adult or a professional.2. Reconnect with what you enjoyedstart small, even 15 minutes a day.3. Dont pressure yourself to have all the answerstake it one step at a time.4. Write your thoughts down to clear your mind.Your old spark isnt goneit just needs space to come back.

Hey Dear, I understand what you are going through, things are unpredictable right now (emotions, thoughts and career stress), I suggest that you encourage your fascination in studies by letting go of the marks/career be genuinely curious about the subject and try to anticipate things before reading or learning then check if your anticipation is correct, this will help you learn things easily and spark your curiosity. (Give it a try and if it's not working for you then be creative to come up with other methods that you would like to try). Coming to depression and thought circling in your mind - Talk to someone you trust and feel safe with. Hope this helps!

Hello, ParimayIm sure it must be really confusing for you, but breaking a cycle of thoughts is surely a task. And the best way to break the cycle is to understand if its stemming from low self esteem? Anticipating bad things? Or something else. you can take help from therapists/counselor who can help you identify the cycle and work on breaking it. Still, heres are somethings you should try. -Try jotting down your thoughts, find similarities, understand if its triggering from something specific- before making any decision, try to make a list of pros and cons, that way you will be using your logical brain more than emotional brain. It will save you so many thoughts which are not required, you will gain clarity -if in case, the problem is prolonged..generally seeking help is recommended. Whenever youre ready :)Hope it helps.
